OUR PROGRAMME
Join our two-year graduate programme at The Grove, Hertfordshire starting in September 2024 and gain a comprehensive understanding of our hotel’s various functions, including rooms division, food and beverage, marketing, sales, and finance.
Work alongside industry experts, experience different roles, and develop a well-rounded perspective on running a world-class hotel and resort. You’ll also receive comprehensive training, mentorship, and complete a business project, ensuring your growth and development.
By the programme’s end, you’ll be ready for a junior management role within our hotel or the broader hospitality industry, having gained hands-on experience, industry insights, and a strong network of contacts.

Fun Fact: I am a bit of an adrenaline junkie. I’ve done mountain treks, swam with pink dolphins in the Amazon River, and ridden motorbikes across the South African bush.

Fun Fact: I love hiking! My highest hike so far was reaching the peak of Ciucas Peak in Romania, standing at 1,950 meters.
