The Graduate Management programme’s versatility and benefits were particularly appealing to me. The Grove stands out by offering a comprehensive experience beyond the typical focus on core customer-facing areas like Food & Beverage and Front of House. I was instantly drawn to The Grove’s graduate programme when I saw there would be the opportunity to work across every department. Having learned business theory at university I wanted to translate it into real-life, practical experience as reality often differs from the lecture hall. Within each department, I have been put into different situations which has helped me develop my leadership skills and enhance my confidence.

I think this is hugely beneficial for anyone looking to work in the hospitality industry.
