During their placement, students are welcomed into operational teams and given the opportunity to observe, assist, and learn in a real working environment. Experiences are age-appropriate, supervised, and focused on helping students understand the importance of teamwork, professionalism, and service excellence.
While short in duration, each placement aims to be engaging, informative, and reflective of the standards expected within a luxury hospitality setting.
