ABout the Programme

Throughout the programme, Apprentices are employed in a full-time operational role—such as Food & Beverage, where they contribute meaningfully to day-to-day service delivery while progressively expanding their professional and managerial responsibilities. Alongside this, Apprentices complete a Level 6 Degree in Chartered Management, ensuring a balanced and rigorous approach to both practical and academic development.

This pathway is ideal for individuals who are ambitious, disciplined, and motivated to grow through real-world experience, supported by formal education and structured development.
