What can you expect from an apprenticeship at The GROVE?

At the Grove, we currently have 15 apprentices enrolled on various apprenticeships across the business. We work closely with our trusted apprenticeship partners to deliver programmes that combine hands-on experience in a luxury hospitality environment with structured learning and recognised qualifications. This approach allows individuals to develop practical, career-ready skills while progressing confidently towards their long-term goals.

Food & Beverage: Deliver exceptional guest experiences while mastering service excellence, product knowledge, teamwork, and food safety.

Kitchen & Culinary: Learn professional cooking techniques, creativity, kitchen operations, and high standards of hygiene which are the foundations of a successful culinary career.

Rooms Division (Front Office & Housekeeping): Become the face of outstanding hospitality through guest service, organisation, quality standards, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Hospitality Leadership & Management: Develop confident leadership, people management, commercial awareness, and operational skills to progress into supervisory and management roles.

Gardens: Gain hands-on experience in landscaping, plant care, sustainability, and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.

Greenkeeping: Master the specialist skills behind world-class golf courses – turf care, machinery, precision maintenance, and environmental stewardship.

Maintenance: Build practical technical skills in repairs, safety, and preventative maintenance to keep facilities running smoothly and safely.
