Just finished college and ready to take the next step? Our two-year Explorer Insights Programme at The Grove offers the perfect opportunity to explore the world of luxury hospitality. You’ll rotate through key areas like The Glasshouse Restaurant, The Glasshouse Bar, Lounges, Room Service, and Events, gaining hands-on experience in a variety of settings.

Starting as a Waiter, you’ll receive tailored support to develop your skills, with the chance to progress to Senior Waiter in your second year based on your performance.

“I would say to the grab the opportunity with both hands and go for it! You will learn a variety of different skills on this programme and get to work in lots of different food and beverage environments, gaining knowledge and building more confidence along the way!”
